I drive past this spot twice a day and finally stopped to check it out.  One never knows what you might find.  I didn't see a beaver but I did see ducks and a Red Winged Black Bird.

Due to a technical glitch with Blogger, there was no post yesterday but pictures were ready for posting so today you get a double feature.  Each spring in Montpelier the tulips bloom at the state house and the colors are just beautiful.  The first shot is a reminder that sometimes you need to lay down on your back to get a great shot.

Free as a Bird

You don't always have to travel to far to see some great wildlife.  This hawk and 4 others were just circling high around over the neighborhood.  Just wish I had a longer lens.  One can dream.

Didn't your mother ever tell you not to use your camera while riding your bike?  Guess I never listened to that one but this ended up being a pretty cool shot.  It was another nice day to ride the bike path in Stowe.
